While I myself am not a man of male inflation (unless it's me) I know alot of people here are. Furthermore, if anyone recognizes the show, do you know if there is more like this with either male or (hopefully) female contestants?
I swear I came across either an earlier version of this show or a very similar game show while traveling in France in 2000. What I saw was "Die 100.000 Mark Show" ("The 100,000 [Deutsche]Mark Show") and featured the exact same thing, as well as other strange contests like a man having to hold his breath underwater while his girlfriend/wife answered trivia questions.
