I think we we use our art commercially so we dont have to face much rights. If you upload some commercial used stuff (somthing like a total taylormade clip). I can imagne that you can get in trouble.

Most of the stuff I see posted is either original work or has its source listed, generally as commentary of when a human body inflation occured in advertising, print works, TV, movies, etc.
