Help w/ inflation problems...

Hey, so this is my first time using this fourm, but i have a important question.

So, today i made a ennima for inflation to hook up to my shower... only problem is when i tried to inflate, like i did just 20 minutes or so ago, i get a bad cramp. i was wondering what im doing wrong, or how to fix it.

Cramps are a normal part of inflation. However, you do want to stop and work them out instead of carrying on. Severe cramps are not uncommon, but you should definitely stop if this happens freqently. No matter what, you're gonna get cramps to some degree. Just remember to pause and deal with them if possible, and stop altogether if they're severe.

To prevent cramps is an individual thing. Try laying down in different positions. As I said, everyone is different, so you'll have to experiment to find what position works best for you. Shifting positions during inflation can help as well, as it can move your chosen medium to more comfortable positions and give your body a chance to adjust.

In short, you're not doing it "wrong" just not as efficently as you could. Slower is better, so try and slow down the flow and see if that helps. Also, since you're using water, warmer water is better, but remember that your insides are more sensative so be careful just how warm it is. Rule of thumb: Put some of the water in your mouth. If it feels hot there, it's way too hot for your colon.

Um...I'm afraid you're gonna have to be more discriptive. From your profile, I assumed you were a female, so I'm unsure if "ball" means "testicle" here. Please clarify before I can give any more information.

As for the cramps going away, congrats that's just what's supposed to happen.

Nevermind, it went away after a few hours.
