Personally, I'd like to see online competitive multiplayer, where'd you have to pop your opponent before they pop you, or where you have to pop your inflatee before they pop there's.

I've recently received a request to add a blueberry-girl to Inflate Club
The trick is that expansion must be reversible so a character has to wear a juicing machine
Plus shielding, a supply of blueberry gums, containers of juice and cabling, a frame and a small jetpack /actuators to walk with it all
Resulting character design would look like Big Daddie. With boobs
inflation mechanics would be fun in an action-adventure platormer. For one thing, inflating enemies can be useful to block other attacks, you could use inflated enemies as platforms to get up higher terrain, they can be tossed back at enemies, or in stealth based situations, they can distract foes.
Maybe the inflator can expand NPCs too, using them for all the same reasons, as well as having different types of weight types for each inflation. Lighter inflatees can be floating platforms, or temporary shields, or they can be used to glide in the air or even fly higher if there's a vent, while heavy inflatees can rest on switches, be used to attack enemies by crushing them, probably be used as stationary platforms too, or they can clear up certain pathways.
This idea can apply to male and female characters, so hopefully people like the thought.

On one of the levels or whatever, it was set up so that the more accurate/fast your typing was, the more ice cream the game's anthro mascot got. So, if you were really good and accurate, you could get him really fat.
I've since tried to find the game, or at least find the name of it, but I've come up blank :(

I think having inflation as an elimination method in Yandere Simulator would be great, though I'm sure it would have to be a mod since I doubt the creator would put it in the game. I can imagine sneaking up behind a student or teacher and shoving a hose in their mouth, then you choose to pump them up until they pop, roll them away, make them float away, or tie them near the school so people can point and laugh.
I'm throwing money at the screen and this still isn't a thing yet. Must be doing something wrong.

I would die for some sort of arena FPS where your enemies poof up when you shoot them. Of course, if you get hit too much, you pop, and the bigger you are, the lower your mobility is. Ideally, it would be in the adorable style of Overwatch, with all kinds of customizable cuties to choose from :3
I actually had an idea where its an inflation sumo fighting game where you have different women of different sizes and abilities fighting.
I've been considering making an inflation / wg game myself, though a bit differently (and more technically advance). The idea was to use VR to allow the player to experience either end, with the inflator / feeder having access to either motion controls for direct interaction, or button-based control on a controller). Unfortunately I would need assistance in the art and 3d modelling department to implement such an idea.
Any way, I think a game where expansion is used to benefit the player would work better than in a case where it causes hindrance, as all people really want is to grow, and constantly taking advantage of that might make for a pretty short game. You could even do something like a sandbox environment, where there is no end goal and the player just gets to play around with being larger and different shapes.
I've seen a few inflation games from the furry community. A couple that barely counted as games, but a few more that were quite fun, despite being very simple and clearly done by amateurs. I've seen platformers, interactive animations, an arcade-style game, a text-based RPG, even a 3D shooter (but it's more of a playable concept than an actual game).
As an aspiring programmer, a hobbyist artist and story teller, and an inflation fetishist, it's only natural that I make myself a game, I think. I want to see a platformer or RPG the most, where inflation (especially self-inflation) is a core game mechanic. It'd ideally be focused around belly inflation with a helium/water/air dynamic for puzzle solving, even combat (somehow).
I actually think there's a way I can add inflation to one of my favorite video games, Plague Inc. There's an option to create your own scenarios and I honestly think an inflation virus would be great. I can just imagine all the symptoms. Accelerated breast growth, thicker thighs, stretchy skin, bloated bellies, etc. I could even add multiple endings. One where all humans pop, and one where they live out their lives inflated.

Real world samurai wore silk cloaks - Horo - that blew up like balloons when samurai was moving and defended samurai's back from arrows. When showing they have no interest in continuing the battle - a noble warrior defeats enemies, not wipes out every single one of them - they used to hang this balloon-cloak on the hook on their helmets.
Back to inflation. Imagine a fight simulator where you show that you have no interest in further crushing already defeated opponent - by inflating yourself ^_^

I'd like to see quick-time events that help simulate helplessness. So like "Move the analog sticks to struggle" as a character moves in to start rolling you. Sorta like a Jockey in Left 4 Dead 2.
