You are the top notch villain of the moment, you do evil stuff regularly, and at your disposal there is the highest technology you can imagine, followed by the biggest installations your mind it's actually capable of thinking about. Now here's the fun part, one good day you catch a superhero sneaking inside your evil place, that superhero is no other than ELASTIGIRL, pretty sure that's never been done before.
She's basically the most beautiful girl a printer has ever been able to print on a comic page. Causing crushes on both heroes and villains factions and streching her body because the name says so duh.
Now what? You have a technology only limited by your imagination, a huge ass evil place, and a captive girl whose name tells you she's never gonna pop.

Even mr fantastic had limits, its all about finding them, like using an army of confectionary made penguin minions who shoot rasberry filling into their enemies... or using a pump and taking a high orbit fun trip..or.....just starting a bad rubbery reaction, oh the posibilities.
