To expand on the stuffing t-shirts thread... What will get you more size than a shirt or anything cotton, buy a large pair of pantyhose and inflate a balloon or suff pillows all day! Pantyhose streach like mad!

Another thought about pantyhose over like say a big pair of strechy underwear... Stuffing underwear things eventually start poping out the leg holes. Clearly PH won't have that propblem.
