What kind of body language could be used to send a message across: "I'd like to inflate you", or "I wouldn't mind to inflate" ?
How acceptable could these gestures be?

I'll be honest, I like the idea of being able to inflate someone by flipping them off. Just an extra layer on the 'fuck you' sandwich.

ASL does have signs for "inflate" and "expand". The inflate sign seems more useful for personalized gesturing. To express a desire to inflate or be inflated would be as simple as pointing the passive hand in the right direction. In this case it would be dog-whistle-ish: people who don't know probably wouldn't get it, even folks who know ASL might puzzle over it at first.
As for the topic of "how acceptable", it comes with the caveats that even people into BI might not want to "do a scene" with any given individual. Not to mention this specific example involves co-opting ASL for an obscure kink. I imagine responses may be... mixed.
I don't know any sign language but I know for sure I'd get weak kneed if someone pointed at me and then pumped an invisible bike pump.
I'd be theirs instantly.
