All I have to say are these three words:

GOOD. FUCKING. LUCK.

Ok, gonna tone that down a bit...

In all seriousness, it's a pain in the ass and I should know, I'm making one right now and I've already spent my fair share on materials, tooling, time, and trial and error. If you want to take a crack at it, feel free, but I highly doubt you're really trying to take the plunge and make the investment when you could just save up your nickels and dime to buy something someone else made. At any rate, does inflating balloons or stuffing things in clothing not do it for you?

No, I think it was an accurate response.

Dude, you're screwed.

Step one: Aquire component needed to make suit.

Steps two through twenty: Make the suit.

Step twenty one: Profit.

I really wish I could help more than this, My area of expertise for making things is cosplay, not inflatables.

Serious answer time. Trash bags or large beachballs, and a big jogging suit, or zentai suit. Can all be had for less than 50 freedom bucks off the eBay or Amazon. If you wanna go extra fancy connect a few beachballs up with fish tank tubing, stuff em into legs and arms of yer suit and use a pump.

I suppose you can get two giant balloons and climb in-between those and inflate it that way, though you won't be mobile.

(Not on here too often, replies might be slow.)
