Yes, but recognize it and use it as an opportunity to approach the same old tired theme from a different direction - pacing, exposition, descriptions, denoument, etc.

It's definitely a contributing factor to my unfinished stuff pile dwarfing my finished stuff pile by a considerable margin.

Yes, it can get challenging to not repeat yourself story after story.  But personally,  it's not my biggest barrier to writing.

I think a lot of this, at least for me, has to do with too much emphasis on the inflation process. There are only so many ways to describe things bloating, swelling, expanding etc. Of course part of the appeal of erotic literature is the focus on the details of the erotic action, so it may be worth sacrificing good prose for the sake of creating good porn.
