Yeah, this is a fantasy fetish. While it is techically possible to blow air or other gases inside someone, it would not provide the desired outcome. At best, they just exhale it back out or burp. At worst, they die. Don't do that.
So yeah, I agree. Roleplay it with a partner, if you want to add a physical element any of the above methods can be toyed with, if you got the cash and they're willing, get an inflatable suit.

Honestly, that thread's title is at least a little ambiguous, and people just joining this site aren't going to go clicking on every pinned thread. Renaming it to "Discussing inflation IRL is prohibited" or something would be more helpful for catching the attention of newbies.
It's a bad idea. Don't do it. Use any of the 'fake' methods to do it. Trash bag, balloon, a large size shirt or night gown. Messing with your body or someone else's is a bad idea.
