The "Octummber" 2021 Collection
While I skipped the prompt list last year, I had enough room in my schedule somehow this year to work on a bunch of fetish vignettes inspired by Inktober — 25 of them, totaling 38,145 words. Told myself I wasn't going to consistently break 1,250 words for each of these throwaway works, but I always surpassed 1,000 and sometimes exceeded 2,000. For perspective, the inflation works in my gallery total 47,441 words.
Not all of these are remarkable, and personally I had more fun mixing inflation into other kinks and building out more storytelling variety. Because I'm not dumping all of them that refer to inflation into the Library, I've put links to my DeviantArt Scraps gallery below. Some you'll need to be logged in. Let me know how I did in the comments here or there.
Day 1: Magic — Voodoo-ish air expansion, clean popping, where a girl discovers her roommate's a witch.
Day 2: Water — Water inflation, where the mermaid from my 2018 story Bathroom Break is given a better ending to her tale and overfills herself at a drinking fountain.
Day 5: Metallic — General expansion by a cold-blooded, slime monstergirl made of liquid metal who puffs herself out to demonstrate she's good for more than assassinations.
Day 6: Chef — General expansion, with said slime in the previous day retaliating against her new boss; also includes food stuffing and a man temporarily imprisoned inside her tummy.
Day 7: Fantasy — Air inflation, clean popping, with an elven woman sending herself into a spiraling growth sequence and begging to be appreciated. The quickest read of those I'd recommend if you wind up exploring one of these.
Day 9: Noisy — Very short-lived air inflation because of a female adventurer teasing a female by threatening to swallow her; general size differences and vore themes as well.
Day 14: Autumn — Again, only brief talk this time of water inflation by the mermaid from Day 2 teasing her lover with some of the play they've learned from each other.
Day 22: Float — Water-turned-air inflation and clean popping, featuring two Dungeon & Dragons-related OCs as part of a collab. Elemental overload leads to particularly destructive explosions for both of the genasi involved. If you want sheer size, this one takes the spot.
Day 24: Demon — Expansion by popcorn, soda chugging and... Blehhh. Ends in messy bursting, my first published attempt at it, and is likely the strangest of the bunch.
Day 26: Wolf — Breath-induced air inflation, clean popping, with parallels to the Three Little Pigs or Frog and the Ox, where a wolfgirl from Fire Emblem tries too hard to wreck a few mean men's shop stalls. The most light-hearted.
