Are there any romance-centered inflation stories?

Like the title says, I'm interested in stories about female inflatees with a significant romance focus.  I recogize that this is a long shot given how body inflation is mostly a sexual fetish, but romance stories are a guilty pleasure of mine. The idea of a couple managing to make their relationship work even with a condition that basically destroys a normal life is, frankly, beautiful, and it's something I'd like to see more of (especially after so many novels and games that give us two beautiful, well-adjusted people with just the barest of personal flaws). Although I'm trying to write my own at the moment, my chronic inability to finish anything I start leaves the prospects of its completion unlikely.
