I highly doubt we'll see anything even close to the berry scene in this. For starters, this movie seems to be going for a different vibe than the original. On top of that, the gum didn't start development until long after Wonka got the factory, probably even after Grandpa Joe left given he doesn't seem to know what the gum does. Either way, it's unlikely we'll see anything, imo.
From what I understand it's a prequel. Given the fetish notoriety of the original film I don't think we're likely to get anything sadly.
Life is always a bit better once you pop a few buttons.
