Tissue expanders usually use saline inflated implants to create skin sections for cosmentic surgery. This company proposes using CO2. Further, the amount of C02 is patient controllable. One can hope they make breast or other implants some day. Still a good idea for some kind of similar device in fiction for fun. It was supposed to be controlled by a paired remote of some kind... So imagine if someone "hijacked" the remote with a hacking app... Or if the device went out of control... :D
