Under the Library link in the left nav there's a link for Top Rated Stories. It will list the top 25 rated stories on the site, excluding those that you've given a rating to.
Alternately, you could list some of your favorite stories. I'm sure there are people with similar interests who would be happy provide guidance.
Literally an impossible question to answer, especially without knowing your specific preferences. In general the star rating is only a measure of popularity and not quality. Someone's 5-star may be your 1-star, or vice versa.
Use the tags on the library page to hone in on your preferences, then pour yourself a glass of wine and start reading.
