It looks like she rolled forward suddenly and its likely they didnt have any kind of padding on the floor. So the basically face planted on a hard floor, probably put her teeth through her lip or tongue or might be just loosened her teeth. Ouch is right!

I still think popping is morbid. Just my opinion, obviously, but the fact that it makes an appearance in the nightmare on elm street comic pretty much settles it to me.

No wonder she rolled over. In the 14th picture it looks like they took the air hose off of the mask. She looks like she then became light-headed and then rolled forward. And from the looks of the final picture, that suit looks like it constricts the body, possibly further keeping her from breathing... then again I don't know jack about that suit, other than the fact that it inflates.
But what they're doing is just plain dangerous.

It's just me but I think the mask is NEVER a bright idea. It limits the breathing to one hole and it makes it easy to knock her out with some air pressure. I know Japanese are nutty, but that is just... well... bad.

The mask is inflatable and that is why there was a hose leading to it in some photos. The hose was removed when the mask was fully inflated. There is a small hole on the mask where her mouth is, and that is where she breathes from. I tried to use Google to translate the text above the photos and the result was difficult to understand, but it sounds like after she was fully inflated he left the camera running and went to the store to get an electrical switch with a timer so the air pump would keep her pressurized enough to restrict her movement inside the ball, but when he returned he found she had face-planted and busted her lip. You're not supposed to leave people unattended in those sorts of suits. He's lucky her breathing hole didn't get obstructed when she fell.

Well, that explains everything. I agree with Wren, but still, the mask is a bad idea. I think the mask makes her look like a bald old lady. :(

Yes, I'd agree with most people that there are some strange things going on on this site, but it's all good.
The girl falling over in her inflatable is a little bad and could've been avoided...
If you think some of the things on this site are weird you should've seen some of the stuff that I saw in Akihabara a couple of weeks ago. ^_^

I wish they'd left the mask off. Her cute face on top of that ball with her hair splayed out was real nice.
