Then I would definately ask billoon45 on YouTube if he may have something helpful in the way of UK-based suppliers. I tried looking a bit myself and was having a hard time.

If you're looking for weather balloons, they have them really cheap on ebay usually.
Also there's http://balloonlovers.com/
They sell some unique stuff.

This guy has quite a few very sturdy, large balloons in his collection. Just check his videos if you're skeptical. Anyway, he has a few links to places that he's gotten his balloons from online, and I know from experience that he'll gladly share information on them with you if you message him on Youtube. :) I want to go get a few of the kinds of balloons he has, myself.
