The weirdness, growing and thinking "when does it stop?!", the pressure, being unable to move properly, the round shape what looks funny, feeling very very comfortable inside or when hugging a person in an inflated suit, it's a really big hug and you can sqeeze him/her, the bouncyness, the air what's going to a weird place...
It's hard to explain actually. You like it or you don't like it.

Its hard to say at first...Definately some S&M in there, the helplessness is a huge factor. Fear, confusion, lust...very fun emotions. And the huge body is just...i dont know...so appealing is almost any way. Single body part to whole thing...a nice range

For me it's the size. Also the shape, that rounded bouncing ball or the floating balloon. Personally I can pinpoint my own interest but to sum it up is a bit harder, due to everyone having so many different takes.
Although that maybe an answer, that it is so free. I dunno justan opinion.

This perfectly depicts my attraction as well... I couldn't have chosen a better combination of words to describe it. I think this is why I also have a fetish for pregnant women (which developed after my fetish for body inflation). When a woman becomes pregnant, her belly will inevitably grow and become very round. I have often wondered about this. As you can tell by my screen name, I'm mainly interested in pregnancy style inflation. Only thing I can think of that might've triggered it is that my aunt was pregnant when I was about 4. Perhaps all the attention she got made me jealous and that's what implanted the mental seed in me to become hugely pregnant.
Obviously the inflation part is just an extension of that. The bigger the better, and the faster I get to the "big" sizes (like 3rd trimester) the better.
Unlike many others on here, I'm not as much into being inflated by air or helium (I don't mind it, just not my preference.) I prefer being filled with something that adds weight. For some reason, struggling to do every day things while hugely pregnant and heavy really turns me on. as a result, I prefer stories where the person stays at their size for a long time. But I don't care for stories where the person become immobile.
I do also prefer being inflated by someone as oppose to self inflation. There's just something about not being in control that adds some excitement.

Actually given some of the other posts, it got me thinking a bit more...
I love when a girl receives inflation as the receiving end of defeat/being a victim from her conflict/rival.
She just can't enjoy it..that's my main drive for inflations......i.e.:The scene in Josie and the Pussycats sums this up.
For me, it's the involuntary exaggeration of femininity, the embarrassment of being exposed, and the damsel-in-distress factor of floating away.
