Well, the project is alive, and isn't alive.
The biggest issue is finding hosting. If I do this from home, I lose anonymity, which is something I can't afford. If I pay for it, it ends up being way too expensive, and there won't be interest to support it.
At this point, I'm sending out a call for free server hosting. Pm me if available.
