Advice?

Hello everyone. I am writing this post to ask your advice. I am no stranger to the body inflation world, however for the first time I have tried water inflation through enema. I gained about half an inch round the waist. Is this a normal size for a beginner or should I have gone even bigger? Any advice would be helpful. Thanks

Your results are fairly typical for your first time. It takes a while for your body to build up the ability to take more, and thus for you to get bigger. Jut keep doing what you're doing, getting a little bit bigger each time, and you'll see some substantial results eventually. Just be patient.

Just a little more. You can take it...I hope...

Ah, that is great, thanks. Thank you for your help.

First off, thanks for asking. A lot of people try things and think they can do it themselves and know enough. First off, did you know that when you inflate with regular tap water, your at a high chance to get water intoxication? The reason is because the water that enters your colon gets rapidly absorbed into the bloodstream, and with too much water the colon will absorb too much. There is an answer though, but first, I'll post here what I post on other topics.

1: You cannot force increased capacity, that is something that comes with time. For one, the body isn't used to that act. Think of it like working out at the gym: Initially your body won't grow stronger, but after making it routine and getting used to it (there is no rush to this, it takes time and you shouldnt do it more than once a day) your body will start to learn how to stretch out and contain larger amounts.

Also, I wouldn't reccomend doing it more than once a day, I would say at most once every three to four days, longer if you can. Once your body gets used to this it will learn how to hold in larger amounts of air and water, and with time the intestine strength should increase so you can hold in more. It can take weeks to see any noticable distention, but with time, practice, and patience, you should be able to distend to about a 6-7 month pregnant look.

The biggest thing to remember is that you CANNOT push your body and try to go above your limit. I can almost guarantee a rupture that way as the air or water might not travel through your small intestine into your stomach. Just let time be your coach, and if there's pain, stop. You can't push past the pain, and when you reach the point that the pain is constant and doesnt fade, you've gone too far and absolutely should not take anymore in.

2: Now, if you want distention, I find that anal inflation with either air or water works best; they typically yeild similar results. The difference is the feeling from each, with water being a heavier stretch and air being lighter. Moderation is of course key, as the intestines can only safely hold about 1 PSI of water or air, but the general adult can safely hold about 4 litres of water or air. However, do not expect to contain that much the first few times as the large intestine and rectum isn't used to that, so it can take a few times to get some noticable distention. Never try to push yourself, that doesn't work, and you can end up rupturing your body. Remember, no fetish is worth dying over just for a risk.

I find using an aquarium pump is the nicest and most relaxing way to inflate, although you can use a bike pump or something with really low pressure.

For water, go with an enema kit, because you can add salt (one teaspoon to each litre) to the water to make it isotonic. The benefit to that, is that the water won't be absorbed in the intestines, nor will water leech out of the body into it, so you can safely retain the water and not risk water intoxication.

Now, since that covers a few things, I want to first start off by asking how you inflated. Did you use the common improvised method with a shower hose or something similar to that? Or do you have something like an enema kit? I'll ask and add more in a bit, I just wanted to see how things started off so I can help asses the situation.

I used the shower hose method.

Alright, well, I think most of us started like that anyways.

Now, I don't know if you've heard around, but many people say once you go with an enema kit, you don't go back. Quite honestly, I have to agree with them, but I'll tell you un-biased reasons why it's generally better.

1: The flow is much slower (adjustable of course), and because of that there is less cramping. Because of this, the colon can contain a safe amount without going over that limit, and the large intestine can get used to the large inflow of water much faster and easier, making it quite relaxing at the same time. The problem with shower hoses is that the generall PSI begins at 22 for most north american showers, where as the safe limit for the adult intestines is around 1 PSI. With an enema kit, you can stay in that 1 PSI range and not have to risk anything.

2: You can make the water isotonic, which as I mentioned above, will prevent water intoxication as the water can sit there inside of you and not get absorbed. You can also try other liquids to if your feeling experimental, but I don't know enough about safety for those things to reccomend them.

3: You can lie down. This is a big plus for a lot of people, as most shower hoses aren't long enough to lie down and inflate. The whole experience becomes a relaxing trek as you can just lie back with a pillow, and let everything be automated for you; no need to stop the flow or remove anything. And of course since you are lying down, you don't feel the need to excrete nearly as much as standing up with a shower. Lying down = (generally) less cramping and needing to release

4: Easier insertion. While most people either insert the end of the tube into the anus or press it against, most enema kits have a very small and curved tip so that insertion is much easier. It's not the biggest difference, but it's worth mentioning nonetheless.

5: No fluctuation in temp. This is a subtle but very important one, being that if the temp of the water changes drastically, you usually wont notice it until some damage has been done. For instance, there is a problem with the piping so the cold water shuts off for a second. Well, then it's only hot water, and it comes instantly, scalding and doing serious damage to the rectum. With an Enema kit, you can set the temp and keep it uniform.

6: Deeper cleaning. As I mentioned above that it's much slower, this means that the bowels can safely adjust to the water coming in. What a lot of people dont realise however is that because the water is coming in slower and the body can relax better, it can reach the complete end of the intestines, and not only help you clean out your bowels if you choose that as a benefit, but also inflate more as the water is in the whole tract, rather than rapid inflation and deflation from a shower, which might not utilize the whole track (depending on speed, it may, but it generally wont sit as well).

Most of the time it's that people are too embarrased to purchase a kit, or that they don't know where or how to get one. The big thing to remember is that if people see you purchase one, they generally wont care about it (i've worked in retail, so I can help attest to that) and chances are they probably wont notice it. Plus, your actually trying to be safe about it, and the whole enema thing has been around for 1000's of years. The only embarrasment you'd get from it is the one you put upon yourself. Oh, and if your embarrased about it possibly being a sexual fetish, your a human being, reproductivity is one of our biggest and most important traits. If your ashamed of that you should probably review what it's like to be human.

As for finding where to purchase one, if your American I think Walmart sells bottles, elsewhere I am not sure (I'm from Canada, and I found a kit inside Walmart for $15). You can always buy a kit online, but make sure not to use that bottle for years, as I'm told overtime the kits break down and can add stuff to the water.

I hope all that info helps, and if you have more questions, feel free to ask or send me a PM; I'm always happy to help.
