Curious about Belly Streched

Hello Guys

im new on inflation and I learned that after a while doing belly inflation anally frequently the stomach can stretch more and retain more content in it beeing this air or water, some say that after a few months or 1 or 2 years inflating regularly your belly can grow bigger, you need to get bigger each time you make an inflation, extending your limits of inflation to inflation and increasing your belly size making it more streched and for consequence bigger. Some say that after a while doing belly inflation frequently the stomach can stretch 40 cm. This is more commun to happend doing anally water inflation regulary.

My questions is for those who pratice belly inflation for a while or a long time: how long (months or years) took to your bellies stretch more and achieve a higher capacity of content? How much your bellies streched (how much cm)? and how much content (air or water) you guys can hold inside yourselves before and after your bellies strech?

Can't say that I ever really measured, but it took several months(6 plus months) for me to start seeing a difference. It is by no means a quick process, yet is to be expected. It demands a great deal of time and a great deal of patience.

As for how much...that is also hard to say. I usually use a hand pump, and going at a steady pace, it takes me anywhere 8 to 12 minutes at half pumps to get my fill. I've been getting into it lately more than I have in the two years since I started, but I feel that I can take in a great amount. Enough at least round out my belly and feel tight when I'm wearing any pants.

It took me almost a year to reach my maximum capacity. And yes, there is a maximum. Aside from the common anatomical limitations, everyone is different. One person may be able to hold more or less than another. Factors for this include your own anatomy, body size, body fat, and skin flexibility.

When it comes to capacity, after much practice (again, a year or more) I can hold just over five qurarts of water in an enema. I assume the same measurments apply to air, but I don't really know how to go about measuring that.

The key is patience, taking your time, and not expecting immediate results.

Just a little more. You can take it...I hope...

I think the key is to use a measured amount of water so that you can add a little over time: like weightlifting.

It took me a couple years of serious inflation to be able to take two gallons at a time. And now I'm out of practice, so I haven't managed to reach two gallons in a long time.

Two gallons is pretty impressive! Hope you can get back up there someday!

A thing I can bet on for him is that he has a redundant colon. For those who don't know, a redundant colon is where the colon develops an extra loop(s) for the large intestine, meaning more inflation space for the recipient. I've heard of people who can hold two gallons fairly easily, and I am honestly really jealous of that. The tradeoff is that while it isn't harmful, the people with the redundant colon generally suffer from chronic constipation (as the food takes so much longer to exit the body, all of the water gets removed before it can reach the rectum).

(Not on here too often, replies might be slow.)

So to expand our belly strechting limit, all we need to do is inflate until your belly is really full, increase the amount of water/air after each inflation and it take time to make your belly be able to take more water/air and be able to strecht bigger? is that possible?

can someone post tutorials/advices for this? If you have video for this then that would be even better :3
