I found a forum post know a medical website from a concerned mother who found out her daughter is doing real inflation. Her daughter is 12 at the time of the post

People who real inflate on video don't realise the impact you make by real inflating on YouTube.
"One time when a girl came in after inflating her self and slip and broke her arm in her bathroom. I look at her said when are you due she laugh and reached under gown and let out the air.. (one big fart) The whole ER was all laughing at it. It was the not the last one over time."
it might be an outside topic for the forum and a totally unrelated fetish but the line of thought "someone does harm to themselves => people will turn on us all" - is flawed. It's simply not how people react.
