Would any artists be willing to work on a group project to create a short-length inflation anime. This could be one hell of a project. (Like in the style of the Animatrix) Each artist could create a short film and then all of them could be pieced together... any thoughts?

4chan or the "chan" websites are a place were people upload all sorts of anime pics and drawings based on different subjects (catgirls, romance, cute, maids, hentai, yaoi etc). The sections are labeled usually as single letters on the menu at the side /h/ for hentai, /c/ for cute. Sort of a image dump. Can be great for finding some really cool pictures of your favorite characters. Also can be really scary if you stumble upon some nasty pictures.

An inflation section on 4chan? Heh, I really really doubt that. Body Inflation is nowhere near popular (or accepted) enough to have it. And if it were there, it would just be a place for ridicule of it.

Actually CattyN tried posting some of his inflation work on 4Chan and things got ugly, real quick.
And you guys thought people on DA got pissy at inflation art. 4Chan makes them look like Buddhist Monks.

That's so stupid. It's really ridiculous how some people make such a big deal about inflation art. It really bugs me how stupid some people can be over something so harmless and virtually undisgusting. lol

I thought that whole ordeal was about someone taking one of his pictures, removing the signature, and posting it there. I could be wrong.

Well, to us, inflation seems "normal". The way I see it; is that they view the inflation fetish the same way I view the adult diaper fetish. Awkward, weird and disturbing. If I were browsing a normal public image board and some pictures of my favorite characters wearing diapers appeared, yeah I think it would bother me too. So it is understandable to me why people would get upset about inflation art.

Eh, personally I don't think many other guys out there would think enlarging a particular part of female anatomy to be disturbing. But I tell ya, I find it very strange that japanese anime hasn't explored inflation more often. Heck, they've done some SERIOUSLY disturbing stuff... gore and all.
Maybe they didn't grow up on Willy Wonka like the rest of us? :lol:

Ya know I love to draw and want to go to school for animation.
But my style isn't anime (I don't even watch the stuff), it's inspired by (American) classical cartoons. If I could get some inbetweeners, and a voice actress provided, I could finally stop procrastinating on my idea of a female Big Wash short I've been dieing to animate. I can handle the (uncolored) keys..but that's it.
Background artist anyone? We really should do this. :-)

Referring to the inflation content on "4chan", there is a specific "chan" that is an inflation content only posting board however i believe that it is either dead or has been taken down. The chans work off of a specific number in the DN (4, 7, and 12 are popular) and the inflation one was like 3784 or something like that. Some obscure number. Anyway, it was mostly reposted pictures of stuff that you can find here so you really weren't missing anything.

http://suzumiya-haruhi.net/ I doubt if she would even concider working on a project like this but she is a good voice actress.
