Found the thread talking about how you go about getting your own gallery. The 20 drawings may not be necesary. Turns out you may be able to just ask the admin for one.

Hi there.
The twenty pics thing isn't a strict rule. It just seems like a good number to throw out. You should have a significant body of work before going for a gallery, but I'm open to a wide range of interpretations of "significant." As long as there are enough pictures that is doesn't look silly having a separate gallery, I'll probably do it.
The upside of a gallery is that it makes your work stand out in its own separate area. The downside is that once you get a gallery your pictures are only viewable by registered users (currently < 800 people). I realize it's a bit of a problem, but haven't yet devised a workable solution.

Last I heard, you need a minumum of 20 drawings or something like that.
