On a similar note, The Movies, a very Sims-like game where you run a Hollywood movie studio, allows you to both improve your movie stars with plastic surgery (to pretty rediculous proportions too, by reality's standards anyway) and make them gain weight through compulsive eating.

Jimster, a little off topic...is The Movies fun? (besides being able to do what you just said? lol)
I always thought they should do a Sims expansion with cartoonish stuff (only so I see inflation in it) but thats just me occupying my mind and speculating.

That could be cool, among the usual stuff like, an anvil dropping on your Sim's head being a random occurrance you could buy a balloon machine, to make balloons for parties, but your sim could also inflate themselves with it :)

I've got "The Movies" And it is a lot of fun, at least i have fun with it. It's fun to make movies, and whatnot, but you have to be into that kinda game.

this site, modthesims.com, is really cool, you can really do some a great num of things to them, for example, install a fat skin or a 9 month pregg skin and add the fat mode which doubles the effect. I don t have the movies, but if its as interesting as you say, ill run as fast as I can to the next media markt.

The Movies is very fun, but the learning curve is quite steep, and in the real game all your movies are only like 6 scenes, other wise they cost way too much to make it worth it.
However, There is a sandbox mode if you wanna recreate The Magnificent Seven, or Saving Privae Ryan, or The Matrix.

The pregnancies in Sims2 are quite inflation-y, with the whole *pause*-*gasp*-*swell* thing. You can get similar if you make them eat continual cake for a few game hours...
...not that I've done that...nono... :P

I do it all the time. I like to create thse super model kind of women, very sexy and elegant, and fatten them up. lol I keep women skinny only if it doesnt fit her "virtual life".
Your best bet for an answer is probably http://www.modthesims2.com/. I did a couple of quick searches, and it looks like a pretty tedious process.
