It appears to me that it is a breast reduction that has been reversed, but by sheer coincidence the woman had her fingers in her ears at the start of the original clip so now it look like she puts them in her ears as her breasts grow, afraid they will pop.
The person who did this obviously thought so too and has padded it out with some pretty good sound effects.
