Then look at the scene on youtube or dailymotion and compare the girls clothes to the picture

that could be true. All I know is I just happened to stumble on this picture when I typed in her name. But here is a picture
Erin Cardillo's eye brows are the same as the girl in the All That clip.
Also, in the clip we did not get a very good view of her face when it was clean before she popped.
If we were to see the clip before she inflated we would know for sure that it is Erin.
