Yup.... that was made by an artist referred to as 'Larry Latex'. This image is one of a few that were quite good.
The others had three other women forcing tubes into the inflatee - they were all dressed to the 'nines' in latex attire.

Larry was around in the mid-90s and then completely fell off the face of the earth. I do not know if he retired, went into hiding, or passed on. But this work had a similarly strong effect on a lot of people and is still held in high regard.
His dream was to have a huge inflatable latex catsuit made to look like the woman in that image. I don't know if he ever succeeded.
To think it's old and still so impressive...
As to the dream, I hope he did.
