I go back and forth. Right now I've kind of gotten into slime inflations. Basically this is a big blob of jello forcing its way into a female.

belly, breasts, hips/thighs. oddly i also find private areas, such as clit,vuvla and labia far beyone what a pump can do very high on my list.(anyone know of that sort anywhere btw?) anything but in rare occasions via gases like air or helium. 99% of the time via liquids other than slimes.
