Does anyone actually do Oral Inflation?

Hi guys,

not sure whether this has been discussdd or not, but i was on a website dipicting different types of inflation, and it said a less common type is oral (tube in the mouth).

I just thought how would it work, because it just fills my cheeks up, it never goes down, or do you have to swollow it???

Just your thoughts on this guys :)

Wouldn't that just be an over glamorous way of bloating yourself?

Those of you who volunteered to be injected with praying mantis DNA, I've got some good news and some bad news. Bad news is we're postponing those tests indefinitely. Good news is we've got a much better test for you: fighting an army of mantis men.

sounds like it. wat is that technique called where you swallow air, i think people used to do it to help themselves float when meditating...

hose in mouth i think would yield similar results

It seems too cartooneque to me...

Yes, i do it, either with a pump or a balloon. One problem is the ears, because the air can get into them and there's probably a strong risk of perforated eardrums. The main other option would be into the stomach via the oesophagus, but you would then face a possible hazard from the acid on the end of the tube, which you would have to remove very carefully.

The technique for floating while meditating is plavini and i have practiced it.

plavini thats the one cheers. may i ask how you use a balloon to inflate orally, do you blow it up and then suck/swallow the air from it?

Sorry for the delay.

What i do, and this is no longer my preferred method, is to "open" my oesophagus and let the balloon deflate down my throat into my stomach while holding my breath out (more space available that way). This takes it some of the way. I then squeeze the balloon gently or inhale the air before gulping it into my stomach.

I've been doing it so long it probably seems simpler to me than others would find it. It has a reputation for being hard, but if you're holding your breath and your nose the air can only either stay where it is, go into your ears (not good - risk of perforated eardrums) or go into your stomach. There's nowhere else.

Yes, I do it and you certainly do swallow the greased

tube (1/4" diameter tygon) while slowly pushing it down past the Epiglottis. Then turn on the air and the stomach inflates very well and very hard.  At the edge of pain, you pull out the tube quickly and no acid comes back.  It last a very long time when after a meal and the stomach exit is blocked by food and so stomach pressure remains for 3 or 4 hours.
