I actually had to look up Uruguay, looks like it has some nice vacation spots. I have no idea who else on here could be from there, but I hope you'll find someone that does.

Yes because thats what latinamerica is...a vacation spot. >_>

I'm pretty decent in Spanish, and will be spending the summer in Peru. Granted, its still a long way from Uruguay. I know we all want to meet someone who personally shares our interest, so I hope it works out for you.
