Woops, it's on http://groups.yahoo.com/group/cuteanimebubbleblowinggirls under files,inflation with bubbles, and the first one on there. It's of a manga page with inflated-looking girls and one is blowing a bubble. Apparently you yourself uploaded it...
Yeah, I kinda remember where that one's from. It's some random doujinshi from that one Yakitate!! Japan series. Ryumage did the art for it. This here's the cover of it:

I'm still around :) I lurk, but I don't draw as much inflation as I used to. Now that I think about it though, I haven't colored and finished up anything inflation in a while.
