I have plumped for feminine balloon, though it was a close run race with hourglass.
It seems my tastes have changed over the past ten years: my early interest in inflation was completely breast focussed, but I have gradually come to appreciate a broader range of ballooning body parts.
Which inflation perspective do you like best?
After looking at the parade float/blimp image, my choice would sphere. I feel it's a basic simple design to draw and also adding it's own challenges my adding lines to convey tightness and bulging.
If I would have done this, Female Balloon and Parade Float, at least going merely by the examples, are very similar somewhat, and definitely the one I like, if my opinione counts for anything, since Im not an artist.
I also think another example should be used for the Parade/Blimp, since that example is more in the vein of transforming the charcater into a parade float as a object rather than....ahhh forget it, I dont know what I mean...
Sphere, feminine balloon, and hourglass are my particular favorites. Belly, too, if it's done well.

I understand the confusion here and I hope this helps.
I added a new example in the parade float/blimp section. The one I used was merely there to describe the style and look of inflation, not just associating it with actual transformation into an inanimate float. This new example is closer to what I intended.
Oh yeah, Heidi's a classic parade float. Especially on the left panel of that one.
To tell the rue, I enjoy all. But mu favorites are: butt, hourglass and sphere.
Rats I voted for the wrong one. I meant to do Hourglass.
It's so tough between Sphere and Single(Belly), but I think Sphere got on top, only barely though. <_<'
I prefer hourglass inflation, most definitely. :) I wasn't even aware of people interested full body inflations and the pictures and stories were definitely a surprise. (You learn something new everyday) I had seen a lot of pictures exaggerating the female body, but nothing like some of these. :-p
most of it is all good
Hmm.. split between blimp/feminine balloon(they are the same to me) and sphere. The blimp lets the girl still look human, but pneumatic. But sphere is a classic. And a blimp that blows too much may turn into a sphere... meh, my all time favorite is sphere.
Hey all!
Artists choose to depict anatomy and perspective in their own unique ways. In an effort to stimulate discussion, I am asking the following question:
Which perspective of inflated women (or men where it applies) do you prefer and why?
I'll narrow it down to what I believe are the most common, and provide an artistic example. I apologize if I'm missing something obvious. If that is the case, you should comment and explain why it should have been included.
1. The Sphere - This is where the body has completely turned into a giant spherical balloon with the extremities either having completely receded into the body, or just Nearly all of the human characteristics have disappeared.
EXAMPLE - http://www.bodyinflation.org/index.php?name=coppermine&file=displayimage&album=1&pos=46
2. The Feminine Balloon - While much of this is similar to a sphere, the female attributes are clearly visible. The breasts have often grown very large. The inflated body is often positioned upright.
EXAMPLE - http://www.bodyinflation.org/index.php?name=coppermine&file=displayimage&album=23&pos=26
3. The Parade Float / Blimp - Very similar to the previous entry, except the inflatee's body is horizontal and parallel to the ground. The extremities are still visible, but are often only protruding from the body.

This is a BigHorse furry pic, closer to what I intended this example to be. One of my favorite progressions, since BH's pics are very human-like in apperance.
EXAMPLE - http://www.bodyinflation.org/index.php?name=coppermine&file=displayimage&album=23&pos=11
4. The Torso - This is where the inflation is focused breasts and belly, leaving the rest of the body normal. The expansion is primarily shown as moving away from the body, not on both sides or all around like the above choices.
EXAMPLE - http://www.bodyinflation.org/index.php?name=coppermine&file=displayimage&album=19&pos=18
5. The Hourglass - This is where the inflation occurs mostly in the chest and butt, accentuating the voluptuous figure. Most of the time, the amount of expansion is less than the above choices.
EXAMPLE - http://www.bodyinflation.org/index.php?name=coppermine&file=displayimage&album=33&pos=5
6. The Single Body Part - Obviously where the inflation is limited only to one type of body part ONLY! (Breasts, Belly, Butt, Feet, Head, etc.)
EXAMPLE (Breasts) - http://www.bodyinflation.org/index.php?name=coppermine&file=displayimage&album=1&pos=98
(Feet) - http://www.bodyinflation.org/index.php?name=coppermine&file=displayimage&album=1&pos=164
What perspective do you like to see the inflation occurring? From above, underneath, head-on, from the side? This post has roots based on past ones, but I thought I'd elaborate and take it a bit further.
