I don't really have a general preference for bursting or not; it depends on the specific story, and it's up to the author to decice whether or not it's appropriate. But I love it when there's at least the implied THREAT of popping, since it adds a lot of delicious suspense to the story.

However, since this is a poll i feel entitled to say that I personally dislike breast inflation anyway, unless there's also inflation of other parts, so popping would be a detail for me about which i feel nothing specific.
