So, there is a new link, supposedly a new story, in the Recent Posts section. It is titled "Lisa's Legacy - Part 1", but clicking on it brings one to a page that says "Access Denied: You are not authorized to access this page". Me thinks that deleted stories and images do not have their links deleted from the Recent Posts section. That is going to need some fixing.

I don't think you updated it right, Luther. Because I not only see Lisa's Legacy, but can read it from Recent Posts. Likewise for the Inflation Olympics story elements.

Lisa's Legacy has been posted, as have the Inflation Olympics chapters. You should be able access them.
It's a recently submitted story that hasn't been posted yet. I've updated the list so that it no longer displays unpublished pages.
