I seem to recall someone here or in oe of the suit inflation communities I was in had made an inflatable suit using a very large beach ball, and the video he had showed him inflating it and showing it off. I was wondering if anyone remembers this and possibly have a link to the video?

I do vaguely recall a set of pictures and a video from someone who had made a giant beachball into an inflatable suit (rather than blowing it up inside something else). But I have no idea where I saw it!
