Well I finally made one, here is a ball version of the Wonka Blueberry Suit!

can you be rolled around in these suits?
Not as such. You can roll, but you sort of flop around in the middle (You can't tell from the outside).
I'm currently working on a multi chamber suit that could support the weight of an adult and be rolled around, whilst being suspended in the middle.
The wonka movie used a large styrofoam ball, much sturdier than a suit filled with air.
Wow that would be awesome if you make that possible!
