Simple version
materials needed:
- one piece spandex dance suit in largest size possible
- one large inflatable beach ball
- two smaller inflatable balloons, normal size beach balls will do
- larger than normal bra
- plastic tubing, aquarium tubing works
- electrical tape
- one elastic cord long anough to fit around your chest, corset lacing works well
- duct tape (if you're female)
- plus size stretchy clothing or materials to make your own
- something to plug hoses with
- birdseed
If you are female or happen to have breasts, you will first need to tape them down as flat as possible. Next you will want to wear something under your inflation suit to avoid chaffing. After you have done that, you will want to put your one piece on but first do any alterations to it you feel are necessary. This could be removing sleeves, adding cuffs to the leg holes to avoid your inflation "puking" out. After you have that done, tape a length of tubing to the inlet of your giant beachball, and put it inside your suit carefully wrapping it around your body for a symetrical look. The beach ball should reach to the bottom of your crotch, and to your niples natural position on your chest for the best look. Now you will put your bra on over the onepiece. Fill your two smaller balloons with birdseed or another heavy granulated filling. They need to containt enough so that they fit comfortable in your bra, but not so much that they are filled. You may also tape tubing to these, or simply fill them from the inlets. The last step for the shape of the suit is to tie the cordage around your chest, just below your bra. Keep it as loose as possible. Finally, find a place to tape the tubing together where it will be easy to hide. I use the area between my inflated breasts for hiding it. An optional step and good way to keep your shape is to use a sort of slip, with the cord running through it. You can make one to enhance your finished shape, or make one that fits your inflated suit loosely. It is also useful for hiding annoying lines as your clothing becomes tight. Now put your clothes on and carefully inflate! Adjustments may be needed.
I'll write up a more complicated guide for a more elabortate and less warm suit later if there is interest on the subject.
WARNING
Inflating can be hazardous to your health! Keep it as loose as you can and do not tax the suit, and yourself.
Hey, this is great! I am getting all sorts of ideas now from that!! Thanks for sharing! I have to keep re-reading it to get the full idea.
Question, why the bird seed in the breast balloons? is it for weight?...you do fill them with air as well??
I sew, so this should be a fun "me-project"!
