It's a Volvo commercial from Japan. Two girls bump into each other, one's chest deploys an airbag. Not sure why it'd be private for you though.

It's kinda disappointing, which I think is what a Lily was saying. An airbag inflates on the girl's chest when you think, ooh how close they must have been to someone saying 'why not have her breasts inflate'. Perhaps worried about censorship, or just decided inflating breasts wouldn't be as humorous as a little airbag with a Volvo logo.
