Yesterday, I tried to do 3 aquarium pumps in inflation. I went for a good 12 minutes straight, and by the time I stopped, my belly had grown 35 inches from its original 30, and it literally felt like I was going to pop! I'm still a little bloated from it, too. What's your best?
I've never really measured but I frequently take in 4 litres of isotonic water. To be honest, I think air makes you look more inflated, but I find it so uncomfortable compared to water that I rarely do it anymore.
