Back to the Future Part II's inflatable breasts

And no, I'm not talking about Lea Thompson's surgically enhanced "if you want these...things...you can have them" rack.

So I'm watching Back to the Future Part II in honor of the day and everything and I notice, for the first time, that there was something else promised by 2015 that we did not get. Right there on the screen -- inflatable breast implants. SUPER inflatable, no less, and apparently for 50% off. And they were hiding in the film all this time.
