I think what you have is a very common fetish "Alvinolagnia", attraction to the abdominal region of the body (belly fetish).
For my answer, I'd go with pregnancy for reasons like Bubblez stated, and for others. It'd be cool to see if in the future they have some sort of sensory experience where men could experience it, even if in a fake way. But to add to that, not a fan of MPreg. I'm just curious to see what it'd be like myself.
I suppose I'll also add stuffing to this, but thats more for a personal thing for me. (What I mean is that seeing a friend with a food baby belly doesn't turn me on, but if a significant other had one it'd be very erotic for me.)

Pregnancy for sure. The first paragraph or so of the typical inflation sequence describes a typical pregnancy with belly expansion and some gains in bust, hips, and possibly arms and legs.
The kind of situation described by MidriffManiac definitely holds a strong appeal for me. I also find that I get a huge charge out of women taking deep breaths - the bigger and more exaggerated, the better - especially if it makes their cleavage bulge up within their shirt, or causes said shirt to tighten or lift up slightly.

Pregnancy I guess... seeing someone's belly grow larger over the months makes me wish I was female. I wouldn't just get pregnant to "inflate," there's a lot more to it than that... but the gorging tummy would be a bonus.
