I should have been more specific. XD I meant pure fantasy. It's something I love in fantasy settings, I would never attempt it in real life. I've read far too many horror stories to ever attempt it. But in RP it's one of my favorites.

It's alright man. I'd say the larger majority of this site is into the fantasy aspect of inflation where I myself am more on the realistic side. Wherever I see a post that appears ambiguous on whether it's real or fake I assume the first.

If there's a hole for inflation, then any orfice would do. Some are just more popular than others (mouth, Navel, ETC....)
I think your in a very small percentage. That alone sounds very risky and while I'm sure it could be done I don't know of any medical documents that can confirm this (aside from a drainage tube, but I do not know of actually inflating).
I've heard that some people do it with gases like nitorus oxide, but I posted somewhere that gas can block an intake tube or something. I'll have to try and look through the forum sometime and see if I can find where I posted it (currently on vacation in Vegas).
Also in practicality, it sounds incredibly painful even if it could possibly be done without doing any damage. Most people just wouldn't dare try it.
In fantasy, I can see why it has an appeal, though I'm mostly mouth or anal inflation myself. It's just preference really, everyone has their interests.
