We got this traditional food recipe from the area where im from. Kidneybeans with union,bacon and mustard.
I saw some people get really bloat of it.
I was reading Stephen King's "On Writing" recently and there was a part where he stitched together a bunch of random memories from his childhood. One of these was that when he was little he ate way too many fried eggs and he ended up burping a lot for a few minutes. I could imagine if someone held the gas in they could get pretty bloated. Of course, it could have just been digestive sensitivity on his part, and not really the fault of the eggs.
I don't really know anything specific for this, other than eating large amounts of food. I've heard from competitive eater Furious Pete that you can drink a bunch of diet pepsi and chocolate milk and that'll really bloat you, but I don't feel like flooding my body with aspartame (yet).
