It doesn't have to contain alcohol.
Apparently it can contain the equivalent of a bottle of wine, which is 750 ml, so for me and my 34" B cup chest that's an H cup. I can't easily visualise that. Ironically I'm not into breast inflation at all, so even though they have expanded over the past couple of years, it does nothing at all for me sexually. Life is so unfair sometimes, eh?
My guess is that it probably goes up a cup size or two, and that's it.
