I just recently got into mods for games and thought that some people might have made a least 1 for some games out there. I found one for zoey for left 4 dead but it really isnt anything special

Inflation is already pretty niche and small (as a group) so this doesn't surprise me. Another thing as well for L4D is that they use a skeletal system, so it might be hard or too awkward to try and make a round body shape.

Well there are busty mods for Fallout 4. Which you can fiddle with on the character customizer.
On the note of fallout, there was a neat one for New Vegas. A perk called the "50 foot woman", if you played a female character and this perk made radition heal her and make her grow taller. It also raised her stats accordingly. Not inflation but it was a LOT of fun.

IIRC There's a mod (I know it's in "Huge pack of mods" but IDK the individual mod) in Cortex Command that has a bunch of different items, and one of them is a 'Bloating Bomb' that spreads out a gas that causes people to inflate (Read: Sprite size increasing slowly) until they burst. The explosion releases more of the gas to anyone nearby and causes them to swell and explode as well. It's REALLY gory though, but I know some of you guys are into that :L

Theres a mod for Skyrim called mana tanks, which (by using bits of other mods you also have to install) makes your characters boobs size change with your mana (or health/stamina if you choose).
But thats just boobs. All the same, its a fun mod to mess around with.

For those of you asking about inflating piper and fallout 4, WHOO BOY! Do I have a treat for you! 
Wow this photo is huge, Im sorry. If you want more I can post more. I did this with a fun, FREE, little mod called bodyslider with the further mod called 'JaneBod' it has over 300 body slides to make some truely wonderful bodies... Me? Well being the classy, sophisticated, and clearly well adjusted youn woman I am... I made the entire wasteland full of lady blimps, haha, Also for those interested, this is the 'small' size I made... Sadly I had to restart my game and now must recreate these bodies.
