What if someone did a weekly or daily livestream where they inflated their bellies and the audience could interact with it? Like if they were pumping themselves the people in chat could tell them when to inflate n stuff.

Sounds like an awesome idea to me. Though I imagine it would be hard to do with acutal inflation props would probably work better.
I'd attend that stream if I could, But Snakey is right. The channel would be absolutely fucked.
And if possible, I'd probably just spam Kappa or something else of that sort in the chat as I always do.
I don't suppose anyone can think of alternative websites to use. Make it more like a cam show than a tradtitional livestream., Then it could be more prvate.

There's an old story like that.
A guy makes a morph of his gf and puts it on internet. Each time someone upvotes her morph - she inflates for real. No, people on internet don't see the real her, only that morph - webcam would be too private.
When she understands the absurdity of situation - he shows her the morph. Of course she's furious!
And when she feels that's it, one more and I'll just burst right here and that will be the end of me - inflation stops. And that guy says: I cupped the upvote limit so no one, no one pops my best morph!
And then even wilder fantasy happens - she SUDDENLY forgives everything and stays with him ^_^

Hello MM! For some reason I didn't place that story into favourites. It's been published by a British lady on DA. She left DA three digit number of weeks ago, and last year I've been cleaning long gone authors from the list of those whom I watch. So by now I have no way to send the link

I've been thinking about doing something like that. Actually I wanted to take it one step further: the audience could actually control the inflation. You could easily hook up an aquarium pump to a Raspberry Pi and write a website that controls it. I think that'd be a lot of fun, but since I live with my parents at the moment I don't think I'll be able to pull that off for a while xD Well, not that anybody would want to watch half naked me anyway.
The only problem with that plan is that you would probably explode within ten seconds.
