Everything's "organic" these days - bread and butter, honey and milk... What "Organic inflation" could mean I wonder?
Organic inflation
And what will happen if a person with coeliac disease eats a blueberry gum containing gluten?
(if that's possible - gluten in blueberries??? Who put it there?)
I want to say willy wonka but I'm afraid you might over think it. I did however enjoy your response to the gum thing. Cause gluten free blueberry gum is straight up insane! What was I thinking??
Not sure what this has to do with body inflation but it means that they don't use anything man made to produce the food. So they don't use anything synthetic like man made fetilizers, additives, pesticides regulators, etc.
I know what it means, my gluten free blueberry gum post was a joke as I also do not understand how inflation could be organic.
I'm just imagining a vegan inflating themselves with like, 'gluten free air' or some shit.

Well, another definition of organic is "relating to a bodily organ or organs".
So, what with DNA manipulation possibly becoming a commonplace happening in the future... Could a human DNA be spliced with pufferfish DNA, enabling you to organically inflate yourself?
Oh, but one thing...
"Although puffers have evolved to suck in water, if lifted out they can sometimes suck in air. They sometimes have difficulties expelling this from their stomach, so take extra care when catching them."

So if you try this, you'd better be careful or you might get stuck for a long time!
seriously, that's a beautiful comment and thanks for the link, mate!
For us humans there's an easier way to get bubbled ^_^
“I bolted toward my wife and moved in for a light check. One tap and she went flying – off her feet and, with an almost audible boing, onto her bubble-protected back…" (https://www.theguardian.com/sport/2015/oct/19/bubble-soccer) cheers
How about gluten free blueberry gum?
