Has anyone heard from Squeak Latex recently? I ordered a product from them in May and have sent several emails requesting updates. Unfortunately, I haven't heard back from them. Any information you can provide would be amazing!

We're still in business.
We/I stopped taking new orders for over a month as I had to return home to Australia for an emergancy with a family member.
This means emails went unanswered and only now starting to play catch up. As it is just me and don't have anyone else to pass the business onto to look after if I go absent. Unfortunatly this means that there was a delay.
I was more focused on getting current orders out these past few weeks then taking on new ones.
I'm looking at selling the brand and business simply because i'd like to focus my efforts else where and feel another party could do much better and grow the company. Giving it more time. There is nothing wrong with it, years and years of hard work, designs and my own money have gone into building everything you see. So, i'd hate to close it down. I'd rather see it go to someone else.
In the mean time, right now its a matter of working hard to play catch up and get things rolling smoothly again.
Appreciate the understanding and support of the community.
They mentioned that they were putting their business up for sale and that due to the commotion they would still do business as usual but be slow to respond for a couple of months. My experience is that they are slow and unreliable with e-mail period. I would just say hold a fire to their feet and MAKE SURE you get a tracking number from them when they ship out your stuff. A friend of mine did business with them and conveniently never got the suit they ordered and when asked about tracking Squeak told them they didn't keep the receipts or whatever. They have a history of being flaky so just be careful.
Whilst I can admit I am slow to respond to email at times and I would like to get our products out faster than we currently do.
Not once have we ever ever lost a package in the mail nor did a single one of our customers not receive their items. This is a lie or rumour, period! In fact if this was true, they could of filed a claim with PayPal and got their money back or discussed it with me and gotten a refund. I'm a reasonable person, but I don't appreciate slanderous lies against the me or the business.
I apologize for my confusion. I did not intend to besmerch your buisness practices, or imply any wrong-doing on your part. Clearly I was under the wrong impression. Again, terribly sorry.

I was under the impression that they went out of business sometime during the summer, but I'm not always current or accurate on this sort of thing.
