An inflatable suit manufacturer called ScaleWorx Creations says they can create custom inflatable suits (and fursuits).

Has anyone had any experience with them? I'm much more interested in custom designs more than off-the-shelf designs with some options added.

Scaleworx does really good work from what others have told me. While I haven't purchased from him (yet), I have spoken to him a couple of times and I know some satisfied customers from his shop (speaking of the inflatable ones). His prices for custom suits are also very good, and he's also very good on the customer service front.
